Eggink Joins Sexing Technologies®

Sexing Technologies® is pleased to announce the addition of Brad Eggink as Manager of Listowel Bull Facility in Canada.  
This facility houses some of STgenetics® breed leading sires as well as sires from several industry genetic partners. It has seen recent growth with a barn addition and an increase in semen collection to meet growing industry demands for its sires. It also has a gender-sorting lab which supplies national and international markets with Ultraplus™, the most innovative and fertile female-sorted semen, with 90% or higher gender accuracy. 
“We are excited to welcome Brad to our Sexing Technologies® production team,” says Bobby Fair, EVP of Global Production and Distribution. “Brad brings a passion for agriculture, management experience and a deep understanding of the genetic market to this role.” 
Most recently, Eggink was the Director of Member and Customer Experience at Holstein Canada where he handled key contract negotiations, communications, marketing and editing, which in turn elevated Holstein Canada's presence on the National and International Stage.
His career in the industry combines both practical and corporate experience and as a past dairy farmer himself, he understands the innate need for farms to be both sustainable and profitable today to be viable for tomorrow. He served as the Manager of Classification at Holstein Canada for nearly 6 years, where he worked with both Provincial and Federal governments continuously through COVID to ensure Holstein Canada received 'Essential Status', ensuring farmers their service and employees their jobs. He also led, designed and implemented the ConneXXion Classification software.

Eggink was born and raised on a dairy farm in the Niagara Region, where his passion for the dairy industry and high-quality genetics begun at a young age and he continued to grow that passion being involved in 4-H and many County, Provincial and National committees within the industry.
